INTEGRATIONS
Works with whatyou already run.
CampaignWise combines native capabilities with connections to the systems you already use. There is no need to replace what already works.
Tell us what you run. We confirm what connects, and what it is allowed to do, before anything goes live.
- 5 connection areas
- 1 customer record behind them
- 0 systems you have to replace
A connection is more than a logo on a page.
It means CampaignWise can read what is actually true in your systems mid-conversation, and record what just happened when the conversation ends.
- The customer asks
“Can I book Tuesday at 6pm?” on WhatsApp, the phone, or your site.
- CampaignWise checks
It checks availability in your connected calendar.
- It answers
It offers confirmed times or hands over when availability cannot be checked.
- Your systems update
It records the booking and prepares the updates your workflow permits.
Five places CampaignWise plugs in.
Native capability where it makes sense, a connection to your existing stack where that makes more sense.
- Your booking or calendar system
- Your payment provider
- Your membership or customer system
- One or two workflows you want connected
No credentials or passwords, just the names.
These are connection areas, not a list of prebuilt integrations. What is possible depends on your provider and its API access. We confirm compatibility with you during setup.

Review it with your team.
Walk through example conversations, check the actions, and agree when a person should take over before enabling a workflow.
Before you get started.
Clear expectations make a better partnership.
Is every integration available out of the box?
No. These are connection categories, not a list of prebuilt integrations. Availability depends on your provider, API access, and the actions you need. We’ll confirm compatibility before agreeing the setup.
What should we bring to the demo?
Bring the names of your booking, payment, membership, and customer systems, plus one or two workflows you want to connect. You don’t need to share passwords or credentials in the demo request.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
Not necessarily. We’ll review how your current system stores customer information and which updates it supports, then agree how CampaignWise should fit into that workflow.
How are actions checked before going live?
Define the permitted actions and required information first. Review example lookups, updates, and failures with your team before enabling a connected customer workflow.
